Can you vein-match my splashback?
Yes, where the stone allows (often marble and porcelain).
What thickness should I choose?
20 mm with mitred to 40/60 mm gives a premium waterfall look without excess weight.
Can I put hot pots on stone?
Use trivets. Porcelain tolerates heat better; avoid direct heat on engineered stone.
How much overhang can I have?
Typically 250–300 mm without brackets; larger spans may need support.
